The above information is stored securely within Google Mail and in the necessary password-protected files on my computer. All devices (phones & laptops) owned by Natalie Ellen Weddings are also password-protected for maximum security.
How is the information used or shared?
The primary purpose for having and using your data is to contact you about: the services I can offer to support you in planning your weddings, or the services you have contracted with me for (i.e. support in planning your wedding).
We will only send you promotional communications (email or mail) with your prior consent and we will not sell, rent or trade any personal information collected via this site with other companies or businesses.

to service providers and affiliates (e.g postal services, IT service administrators) who assist in the delivery of my products and services

How long will the information be kept?
I am required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name and contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. After this point your data will be kept until you notify me otherwise. You are entitled to request the removal/destruction of your data, so please contact me if you would like me to remove/destroy your basic personal data and I will action this immediately.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to Natalie at nat@natalieellenweddings.com. If you have any issues with how we process data, you have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
