Your wedding should reflect you as a couple, your personalities and what you love, from start to finish and with every little detail. That’s why Natalie Ellen Weddings services are completely tailored to suit exactly what you need.
Quite simply I want to help you to have the best day of your lives – it might sound stupidly cliché, but it’s true. And whether that means being with you from the get-go or just providing a little extra help when things get a bit too hectic, you’ve got my commitment that I’ll be by your side and raring to go.
I focus on couples in London and Surrey, but I love a cheeky bit of travel too (UK included!) so do get in touch even if you’re a little further away.
01. The Whole Thing
Full wedding planning service
Working with you from the very beginning of your planning journey right up until you wave the last guest goodbye the day after, I’ll be there to oversee each and every aspect of your wedding. Starting with an initial consultation session so I can understand exactly what you want from your wedding day, I’ll support you in defining your vision, sourcing and co-ordinating the best suppliers and crafting your perfect day. With this package you’re free to focus on as much or as little of the planning process as you fancy – the rest can be safely left in my hands to effectively design, manage and execute to perfection, with your sign-off of course!
The initial (ideally face to face) consultation will be a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn a bit more about you and your idea of the perfect day. After that, I’ll provide you with a tailored proposal and a clear idea of the associated investment. Although each proposal is bespoke, support can include: sourcing & management of all suppliers, advising on ceremony style/location, production of all plans, schedules and timelines, full styling & design, financial management, wedding day management, personal advice and guidance throughout.
Regular face to face or Skype progress meetings are also included as standard.
Investment: Expect to pay approximately 10-12% of your total wedding budget. Minimum fee applies.
02. The Lead-up & Big Day
This is a paired-back service for couples who are keen to plan the majority of their wedding themselves but would like to take their foot off the gas and enjoy the lead up to the big day without any stress.
The Lead-up and Big Day service allows couples to relinquish control of their planning to date and hand all communications and organisation with suppliers over to Natalie Ellen Weddings for seamless communication and scheduling ahead of the wedding, and a safe & expert pair of hands (or two!) to run the show on the day itself. We can chat about exactly what support you’d like, but generally this service includes:
A face-to-face meeting roughly 6 weeks out from the wedding
Final coordination & planning with all suppliers
Development of the wedding day schedule and final supplier briefs, as required
A face-to-face meeting in the final week before the wedding
Wedding day management, including pre-wedding set-up (post wedding de-rig to be added on request, for an additional fee)
Advice and guidance throughout

03. The Shortlist
Micro & intimate weddings
For couples who want to celebrate their commitment with a smaller guest list, but don’t want to compromise on quality or style!
The Shortlist is for those who love the idea of a micro wedding (with less than 20 guests) or an intimate day with up to 30 friends and family. I’ll help you to hone your thinking and craft your perfect day, right from the beginning of your planning, so all you have to do is enjoy the celebrations from start to finish.
Smaller-scale doesn’t mean less impact. Micro & intimate weddings allow you to focus on what really matters to you. I’ll work with you to create a meaningful, personal and atmospheric day which has been expertly designed to meet & exceed your expectations!
Investment: 10% of your total wedding budget. Minimum fee applies.
04. The Little Things
Consultancy service
For those couples who are unsure how to get started, whose budget perhaps doesn't allow for full planning, or those who just need a little help with the long list of wedmin!
The Little Things consultancy service offers couples planning expertise and guidance for specific elements of the wedding planning process. While all requests for consultancy support will of course be considered, the below acts as a rough guide of what I can help with:
